At 1:25 a.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of a vehicle driven off the road into a ditch. The troopers found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

At 4:32 a.m., AST received a report of an assault at a Kodiak residence. They found that a woman had assaulted a family member and intentionally damaged property belonging to that family member. She was arrested on suspicion of assault in the fourth degree – domestic violence and criminal mischief in the fifth degree – domestic violence.

Troopers contacted a fisherman regarding residency issues with his 2014 resident commercial crewmember license and resident sport-fishing license. They found that he did not meet the residency requirements for either license, and he was cited for false statement on a sport fishing license and issued a summons to appear in court for unsworn falsification on the crewmember license.
