At 5:02 p.m., the Alaska State Troopers contacted three men on L Street while seeking a wanted person. One of the men had marijuana and a pipe. He was issued a summons for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the sixth degree and was released.

April 1

At 11:54 a.m., a Kodiak woman reported her former renter in Bells Flats had left the residence and stole several items from the house and returned to the house without permission. The troopers contacted the renter and found stolen items valued at less than $750. The renter was banned from the resident, and the woman declined to pursue criminal charges of theft in the third degree and criminal trespass in the first degree.
