Report provides snapshot of Kodiak homelessness

A month after holding Kodiak Project Homeless Connect, a centralized event to provide services to the island’s homeless or near-homeless population, the event’s coordinators released its findings in April.

According to a report written by University of Alaska Fairbanks senior Emily Alvey, the primary coordinator, 39 people were helped during the event.
