The Kodiak Arts Council’s April Art Walk includes storytelling, masks and lots of photography.

At Harborside Fly By, Kodiak High School students will show off their artwork while the shop’s roaster will also be open for sampling.

At The Frame Shop, Melissa Baines photography will be on display and a print of one of her images will be given away.

The Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium drama pod is the spot for the monthly Galley Tables story-telling event. Seven storytellers will tell short stories on the subject of scars.

At the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, Jarod Young’s outdoor-themed photography will be on display.

At the Alutiiq Museum, Hanna Sholl’s photography, painted feathers and Alutiiq masks will displayed.

Finally, the Baranov Museum will feature Alf Pryor’s and Lexa Myer’s art and photography “steeped in Kodiak’s history and culture,” according to the council’s art walk map.

The art walk runs from 5 to 7 p.m. for all of the locations except Galley Tables. Galley Tables runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
