Zachary A. Aga, 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 180 days of electronic monitoring with 175 days suspended and one year of probation, and fined $1,500. He must complete a substance abuse screening, evaluation and recommended treatment. His driver’s license is revoked 90 days, followed by six months using an ignition interlock device.

Raleigh M. Eager, 45, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Eager was sentenced to 20 days in jail or on electronic monitoring with 17 days suspended and one year of probation, and fined $1,500. Eager must complete a substance abuse screening, evaluation and recommended treatment. Eager’s driver’s license is revoked 90 days, followed by six months using an ignition interlock device. 

Stanley F. Samuelson, 57, pleaded guilty to public possession of intoxicating liquor and second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to two days in jail for the public possession charge and nine days in jail for the criminal trespass charge. 

Emil W. Charliaga, 35, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to five days in jail. 

Marcus W. Goelz, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree theft. He must serve to two consecutive 360-day day jail sentences, with 270 days of each sentence suspended, and pay restitution. He will be on probation until May 1, 2018. 

Brian J. Thomas, 42, pleaded guilty to illegal storage of Dungeness crab-removal from water. He was sentenced to 150 days in jail with 150 days suspended and one year of probation, and fined $1,500. He must also pay restitution. All seized items from his case were ordered forfeited.
