Timothy A. Lyon, 38, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting or interfering with arrest. He was sentenced to time served, which was five days for each count, for a total of 10 days. He was placed on one year of probation and fined $1,500 for each count, for a total of $3,000 in fines.  

Derek R. Dour, 21, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 210 days in jail or electronic monitoring. He was ordered to pay restitution.

Alex Szert, 24, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. He was sentenced to nine days in jail.
