Amy Jager, 29, of Kodiak, was arrested for critical trespass and violating conditions of release, after Alaska State Troopers received a report of trespass on Oct. 25 at 7:45 p.m. Jager was transported to the Kodiak Jail. 

Nathan Graff, 32, of Fairbanks, was issued a citation by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers for using a sport fish shellfish pot without a bio-escape mechanism as required by regulation. Bail was set at $120. 

Garrett Wright, 29, of Kodiak was issued a citation by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers for making a false statement on his 2019 hunting/fishing license. Bail was set at $320.
